The Goats for Girls group reminds me of a book we have called Beatrice’s Goat. It is a stor y about a girl who can finally go to school because her family receives a goat, and they sell the kids. That sounds quite a bit like what you plan to do in Malawi. Our children once collected stickers for chor es to earn goats. It is so exciting to think of a happy girl or f amily somewhere, receiving a goat, fresh goat milk, goat babies, and being able to go to school. I hope it is a wonderful trip for you. I can understand your quandary about entering college, and I’m glad for you that you have a friend going with you. Thanks for writing!
