July 29, 2000, in Rock Valley, Iowa, D.V. Rev. J. den Hoed and Rev. A. T. Vergunst will be presenting topics at the conference. The time is from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with registration beginning at 9:00 a.m. A Psalter sing-a-long will be held after the Sunday evening service in Rock Valley. Classis Farwest
July 18 – July 21, 2000, at Bear Paw Retreat and Conference Centre, D.V. Total conference cost is $85 (U.S.) or $110 (Canadian) per person, which includes all food and lodging expenses, as well as the use of the facilities. An Invitation to Young People

Summer is coming, and we hope that means many of you are planning on making a trip, D.V., to Norwich, Ontario, for the Classis East youth conference on July 15. Rev. J. Spaans and Rev. A. H. Verhoef will present topics.

All guests are requested to check in at the school on Friday, where a welcome package and refreshments will be available. Many events and activities have been scheduled for all the young people who attend the conference. If possible, please make every effort to arrive early enough for a gathering Friday evening at 6:30. A picnic, Bible trivia, and opportunities to become acquainted with other young people from other churches are among the scheduled activities. Young people will be divided into two groups, a high school and a post-secondary group. Saturday's conference will be in the church from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with opportunity for discussions as part of the program. Following the conference there will be a picnic at the school. All activities will allow for adherence to school dress codes. At 9 p.m. we will all gather for closing with an elder. As in the past, a sing-along has been planned for Sunday, so we are inviting all young people and their host families to remain after the evening service for singing and answering of questions.

2000 Denomination Yearbook

The 2000 denomination yearbook is now available. All consistories have received the copies they requested. However, additional copies are available at the price of $5 plus postage of $1 (U.S. funds). These copies can be obtained from the Netherlands Reformed Book and Publishing Committee, 1233 Leffingwell Avenue, N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525, or from Bible Truth Books, P.O. Box 2373, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49003. The following errors have been detected, for which corrections should be made:
